Return & refund policy

At Soulful Sweets, we take great pride in creating delicious, high-quality treats for our customers. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have the following return and refund policy in place:

1. Payment Policy. 

• All orders must be paid in full prior to production. We do not begin preparing orders until full payment has been received.

• Buy Now, Pay Later Options Available – We offer flexible payment options through [Insert Payment Provider, (Afterpay). Select this option at checkout to split your payment into manageable installments.

• Custom orders and bulk orders require full payment at the time of booking to secure your order.

2. All Sales Are Final

• Since our treats are made fresh to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

3. Order Issues & Quality Concerns

• If you experience any issues with your order (such as incorrect items, damaged products, or quality concerns), please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

• You must provide a photo of the product, along with your order number, and a description of the issue.

4. Refunds & Replacements

• Refunds or replacements will be issued on a case-by-case basis if there is a verified issue with your order.

• Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• If eligible, we may offer a replacement or store credit instead of a refund.

5. Order Cancellations & Modifications

• Orders can be canceled or modified within 24 hours of purchase, as long as production has not started.

• Custom orders and bulk orders (for events, weddings, etc.) are non-refundable once confirmed.

6. Shipping Delays & Issues

• We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) or incorrect address information provided by the customer.

• If your order arrives late due to carrier issues, please reach out to them directly.
